"They Shall Receive" is the first track off of our debut album "Omen". We in Vivisepulture have been working tirelessly over the last few year, and are incredibly excited to begin sharing these accomplishments with you.

A true test of pride smeared on the wall

Malice justified by the means
For a tyrants due fall all the voices
Swooned for a hymn of action, they asked
So they shall receive

Breath no more

Our mast made of skin

Failure in this sinking away
Bottomless ocean tells my heart to carry on
Into the eye of the storm

From the calm within the storm
I send my farewells
Strapped to the foot of the bird
I kept alive

Take to the skies
Deliver the words of my pain
Deliver the words of my hatred

I am uncertain as to whether or not
My note survived and I fear I'll never know
But fear is replaced by sanctity
Sanctity by death

Though my body may not have
My soul survived a brush with death
I survived when it mattered most
My passing was not in vain
Comfort, this fate is the truth
I laugh, this truth is illusion
